Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at threelittlesisters14@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
